We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team! We are now recruiting for both full time and part time opportunities working in the York County area for Community Training Homes, Supervised Living Programs, Community Residential Care Facilities and Day Programs. Employees have the ability to make differences in people’s lives. Flexibility is required in hours and shifts. Responsibilities include assisting consumers with daily living activities, providing supervision and training to consumers to assist in meeting personal goals and providing a safe and healthy environment for consumers. Candidate must be able to communicate well and complete daily documentation to include electronic record keeping is required. High School Diploma, GED and valid driver’s license is required. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
MaxAbilities of York County has part time opportunities for respite employees. If you enjoy working with others this may be your opportunity. Successful candidates will provide services in the community for families served by the Agency. Hours are flexible. High School Diploma/GED required.
Under the supervision of the Lead LPN, the LPN will ensure that the medical needs are met for the consumers living in residential facilities operated by MaxAbilities of York County. LPN’s will promote and evaluate the quality medical care of consumers served and assess, train and indirectly supervise unlicensed personnel as needed regarding consumer’s medical care needs. LPN’s will participate in rotating on call schedule to provide assistance and support after hours to ensure medical needs are met.
The CTH House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the home and is responsible for ensuring that consumers residing in the home receive the appropriate care and training. Services and supports provided to consumers will be consistent with the agency’s vision/mission.
